We randomly select 20% of your goods and inspect them for defects, correct specifications, color accuracy, material quality, and packaging condition. The inspected 20% is fully insured. Conditions apply.
We immediately notify you with photos and video evidence. You can choose to request replacements from the supplier, accept the goods as-is, or reject the shipment. We facilitate communication with your supplier throughout.
The commission is calculated on the total product value in BDT (or CNY equivalent). Shipping costs, customs duties, and other charges are not included in the commission calculation.
Yes. Extended inspections (50% or 100%) are available as an additional service under our Pay As You Go model. The cost depends on product type, volume, and complexity. Contact us for a custom quote.
For orders above ৳20,00,000 BDT (approx. ¥1,12,000 CNY), the commission rate is 2% — our lowest tier. For very high-value shipments, contact us for a custom arrangement.
We ship globally. Our Trade Assurance service covers goods sourced from China, with our warehouse and QC team based in Guangzhou. Once inspected, we can ship to any destination worldwide via air, sea, or express.
Typically 24-72 hours from when goods arrive at our warehouse. Supplier validation is done in advance. Complex inspections or factory visits may take longer depending on the scope.
